Job Summary
Join Jamiyah Singapore’s Foodbank team to support community welfare through managing food collection, distribution, inventory, and vehicle maintenance in a collaborative, values-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Collect and distribute food items to designated areas to ensure timely delivery to beneficiaries
- Deliver items or equipment to assigned locations to support operational needs
- Maintain accurate records of collections and deliveries to track inventory movement
- Load and unload goods safely to facilitate warehouse operations
- Verify the quantity and quality of inbound and outbound items to maintain standards
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) or software to record goods received and shipped accurately
- Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations for efficient retrieval
- Maintain allocated vehicle by performing regular checks and upkeep to ensure operational readiness
- Keep mileage and repair records up-to-date to monitor vehicle usage and maintenance history
- Support the Foodbank manager by performing additional duties as assigned to meet operational requirements
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum N Levels qualification
- Valid Class 4 Driving License with delivery experience
- Ability to handle loading and unloading of goods weighing more than 20kg safely
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to support after office hours and weekends during events or as needed
- Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines and stress

Salary Salary will be commensurate with experience.
