Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and implement the approach to acquiring retail accounts relevant to our business
• Suggest and propose new ideas and initiatives to management
• Providing quality training to front-line staff, review statistic and identifying business opportunities and performance improvements. Regular training and store visits
• Able to Build multi-level relations with Finance, Operations, Marketing, Training, IT teams
• Improve merchants’ knowledge to ensure retention

Requirements:

• Strategic thinking and analytical abilities
• Retail experience preferred
• Self-driven with outgoing personality
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
• Willing to grow and improve business strategies together with us
