Staff Nurse (Executive Health Screening)

The Role

As an Executive Health Screening (EHS) Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless and exceptional screening experience for our patients in Executive Health Screening Centres. Combining clinical expertise with exceptional patient engagement, you will guide individuals through their health screening journey, ensuring they remain informed, comfortable, and well-supported from registration through to the completion of their screening experience.

This role is ideal for nurses who enjoy patient interaction, preventive healthcare, and working in a fast-paced ambulatory setting. You will have the opportunity to perform a variety of clinical assessments while contributing to early detection, health promotion, and overall wellness. Working alongside a multidisciplinary healthcare team, you will help create a positive and personalised experience for patients seeking proactive health management.

Key Accountabilities

As an EHS Staff Nurse, you will be responsible to:

• Welcome patient upon patient’s arrival at Health Screening centre with friendly attitude, be helpful and attend to patient/ relatives immediately upon their arrival.
• Explain the waiting time based on individual Dr time slot and types of procedure that patient is going for on the day
• Reassure the patient and relatives to allay anxiety if demonstrated / verbalized by the patient /relatives
• Answer relevant questions appropriately, seek help from the Senior personal when necessary
• Run ECG/TMX, Blood Drawing, Parameters measurements for health screening patients and all associated tests
• Provide patient care support
• Provide administrative support
• Assist in preparation of health screening medical reports by typing and checking them before sending out to patients listed address
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in Nursing or equivalent and recognised by the Singapore Nursing Board.
• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board is preferred.
• Post Basic and Degree in Nursing.
• Has a Valid BCLS & AED Cert.
• At least 3 years of Staff Nurse II experience in an acute hospital setting is advantageous.
