Site Supervisor - Technical Officer

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Site Supervisor
• Diploma from Polytechnic / WSH Coordinator / Advanced Certificate in WSH or other relevant qualification preferred
• BCSS (Building Construction Supervisors Safety) Certificate – Mandatory
• Changi Airport / Airside working experience preferred
• Familiar with statutory requirements, site supervision, quality control, construction administration and progress reporting
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Able to maintain proper site records and progress documentation
• Proactive in resolving site issues and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Must be willing to perform shift work
• Must be able to pass the required security screening and be eligible for a Airside Pass

Key Responsibilities

• Provide site supervision for Civil & Structural works
• Supervise site survey, lifting, utility detection and excavation works
• Monitor construction quality, safety and compliance
• Check permits-to-work and report unsafe acts, unsafe conditions and non-compliances
• Maintain proper site records, photographs and progress documentation
• Coordinate with contractors and relevant project stakeholders
• Attend day/night works and urgent site activities when required

Working Hours

Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
