Claims Associate (Tanjong Pagar-C)

Job Description
• Administer and process grant applications, including eligibility checks, document verification, and data entry.

• Coordinate with applicants and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and complete submission of required documents.

• Track application progress and update internal systems and databased accurately.

• Participate and assist in continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and transparency in grant operations.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory, funding agency and organizational guidelines.

• Provide administrative support for grant-related meetings

Requirements
• Degree in any discipline, or diploma holder with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.

• Prior experience in grant administration, funding operations or similar roles preferred

• Strong attention to details and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and professional approach

• Strong time management skills and able to prioritize and multitask effectively

• Resilient and able to handle high workloads or unexpected challenges efficiently.

Hybrid, M-F: 8.30am - 6pm, Work Location - Tanjong Pagar, 2-year contract
