We operate “Kyoto Onimaru”, a brand new F&B concept introducing authentic Japanese-style onigiris 🍙 to Singapore. Join us on our journey as we share the love for these delicious rice balls and grow our presence across the island. Let’s spread the joy of Japanese onigiri—one bite at a time!

Location 🏢: Hougang Mall

Salary 💰: $1600 - $1800/month

Responsibilities 💪🏻

• Support daily food preparation and general kitchen operations.
• Prepare ingredients in accordance with given recipes and instructions.
• Assist with basic cooking and food production.
• Ensure all food meets the required standards for quality, portion and presentation.
• Support the receiving, proper storage and stock rotation of ingredients and supplies.
• Keep workstations, kitchen equipment and food preparation areas clean, organised and well-maintained.
• Adhere to all food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards and procedures.
• Handling of cashier duties.
• Perform other kitchen-related duties as required.

Job Requirements🫡

• Previous kitchen or F&B experience is preferred.
• Candidates with basic cooking experience will have an advantage
• Able to follow recipes, instructions and kitchen procedures
• Passion to join us as we spread the joy of food via Onigiris
• Possesses minimally WSQ Food Safety Course (FSC) Level 1 certification.
• Able to work full day shifts including closing shift.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
• Able to adhere to operating procedures and instructions
• Able to handle stress in a fast paced environment
