Job Scope: Marketing Executive (Food & Beverage)
Position Overview
The Marketing Executive supports the planning and execution of marketing strategies to promote the restaurant’s brand, increase customer engagement, and drive sales growth. This role involves both digital and on-ground marketing initiatives tailored to the dynamic F&B environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Campaigns
- Develop and implement marketing plans to increase brand visibility and customer traffic.
- Support the launch of new menu items, seasonal promotions, and special events.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for creative design, printing, and campaign materials.
- Track campaign performance and provide post-campaign analysis and recommendations.
2. Digital & Social Media Marketing
- Manage the company’s social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
- Create engaging content including posts, stories, photos, and videos relevant to the F&B audience.
- Plan and execute digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to drive online visibility and reservations.
- Monitor engagement, respond to online reviews, and maintain a consistent brand voice.
3. Branding & Public Relations
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
- Liaise with influencers, bloggers, and media for collaborations and reviews.
- Prepare press releases or marketing collaterals for campaigns and events.
- Coordinate photoshoots and visual branding efforts for menus, outlets, and promotions.
4. Market Research & Customer Insights
- Gather customer feedback and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Conduct competitor analysis to stay updated on industry pricing, offerings, and promotions.
- Suggest improvements to marketing strategies based on customer behavior and insights.
5. Event & Partnership Management
- Assist in planning and executing restaurant events, tastings, and partnerships.
- Coordinate with mall management or external partners for joint promotions and activities.
- Manage logistics and on-site coordination during marketing events.
6. Reporting & Budget Tracking
- Track marketing expenses and ensure campaigns stay within budget.
- Prepare monthly marketing performance reports for management review.
- Measure ROI for digital and offline campaigns to assess effectiveness.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or retail industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics.
- Good communication, copywriting, and creative skills.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns.
- Willing to work on weekends or evenings during events or promotions, if required.
