[Gov] Event & Marketing Executive

Contract Period: 5 months
Working Hours: Mon-Thu: 8.30am-6pm, Fri: 8.30am-5.30pm
Location: West region

🧩What You’ll Do:

• Plan and execute events including logistics, venue setup, registration, vendor coordination and on-site operations.
• Drive event marketing activities, including EDMs, promotional materials and participant communications.
• Create and manage digital content for website and social media channels.
• Support publicity and engagement initiatives to grow awareness and participation.
• Coordinate ad-hoc projects and initiatives with internal teams and external stakeholders.

🗝️What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Events, Business or a related discipline, with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in marketing, event management or business development, preferably within the technology, research or innovation sector.
• Proficient in social media and digital content creation, with experience using Canva, Adobe Illustrator or similar tools.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
