Responsibilities:
Develop and implement multi-year growth strategies for global enterprise accounts.
Drive retention and expansion of significant enterprise contracts while exploring extension opportunities across customer organizations.
Proactively identify and acquire new enterprise accounts through targeted prospecting and engagement.
Manage complex deal cycles involving multiple products and stakeholders across various regions.
Oversee high-value enterprise opportunities, particularly in Ports and Terminals, enhancing safety and operational efficiency through digital solutions.
Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, including Directors, Vice Presidents, and other key stakeholders within enterprises.
Maintain executive engagement across strategic accounts and new prospects, navigating governance structures typical of large organizations.
Develop integrated commercial proposals aligned with enterprise customer needs.
Structure scalable agreements and provide strategic guidance on negotiations within established frameworks.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Product, Customer Success, Data, and Finance, throughout negotiations.
Represent the organization at maritime industry conferences, maintaining awareness of market developments and regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Maritime Studies, Marketing, or a related field.
8–12+ years of corporate sales experience, demonstrating success in developing new accounts and expanding existing relationships.
In-depth knowledge of the maritime industry, particularly experience with Ports and Terminals, is preferred.
Proven track record in closing complex high-value transactions involving multiple stakeholders.
Strong negotiation skills and executive presence, capable of engaging effectively with decision-makers in global organizations.
