Inside Sales Executive

Location: Boon Keng MRT
Salary: $3,000 – $4,000/month
Performance Bonus: Eligible
Contract: 1 Year (Renewable)

💼 The Role

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to join the team. You will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships, developing new sales opportunities, and supporting the end-to-end sales process.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers through excellent after-sales service.

• Proactively generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and other channels.

• Build strong knowledge of packaged managed services and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.

• Conduct virtual meetings to establish and develop relationships with prospective customers.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable managed service solutions.

• Follow up on sales enquiries and convert leads into business opportunities.

• Maintain and manage an accurate sales pipeline throughout the customer purchasing journey.

• Process customer purchase orders and liaise closely with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery.

• Provide regular sales activity reports, including calls made, leads generated, and deals closed.

• Arrange face-to-face meetings between prospective customers and Outside Sales Representatives.

• Support other ad-hoc sales and operational activities as required.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in any discipline.

• At least 2 years of experience in sales or account management.

• Experience in the IT / Technology industry will be an advantage.

• Strong customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Results-driven with a strong motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets.

• Good problem-solving, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
