HR AI Technology Product Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell AI-powered HR technology solutions to enterprise clients.
• Conduct product demonstrations, prepare tailored proposals, and deliver persuasive presentations.
• Perform market research and competitor benchmarking in HR technology and SaaS solutions.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate technical features into client-centric value propositions.
• Manage client inquiries, follow-ups, and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Contribute to marketing campaigns, digital outreach, and thought leadership initiatives in HR tech.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate with a degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, HR, or IT-related field.
• Strong interest in HR technology, AI applications, and digital transformation.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with ability to simplify technical concepts.
• Basic knowledge of SaaS sales, HRIS, or HR technology platforms is an advantage.
• Analytical mindset, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn consultative sales methodologies.

Training & Development

• Structured On-the-Job Training (OJT) with mentorship from senior sales managers.
• Hands-on exposure to HR AI product lifecycle, client engagement, and solution selling.
• Participation in professional sales workshops, product training, and industry networking events.
