  • Coordinate the monitoring and settlement of intercompany balances to ensure efficient cash movement across the Group.
  • Oversee the utilisation and administration of trade finance instruments such as letters of credit, bank guarantees, and other banking facilities.
  • Recommend initiatives that enhance cash generation and improve overall working capital efficiency.

Treasury Operations & Governance

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with banking partners, including account administration, KYC documentation, authorised signatory maintenance, and banking service support.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of the Group's banking structure and recommend rationalisation where appropriate.
  • Support daily cash positioning and strengthen payment controls through robust treasury governance and fraud prevention measures.
  • Participate in treasury-related system enhancements, ERP optimisation projects, audit activities, and insurance renewal processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent are advantageous.
  • 5-10 years of experience in corporate treasury, financial planning & analysis, cash management, or corporate banking.
  • Proven experience managing cash flow forecasting within a multi-entity and/or multi-currency business environment.
  • Practical knowledge of banking facilities, trade finance products, financing documentation, and treasury controls.
  • Exposure to financial covenant monitoring and funding activities would be highly advantageous.
  • Strong financial modelling and advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle NetSuite is preferred, while familiarity with CargoWise would be an added advantage.
