Job Summary

Join Humanize Logistics as a Customer Support & Servicing Officer to manage customer service, warehouse coordination, and transport operations, ensuring smooth order fulfilment and timely deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries about order status, delivery schedules, and stock availability via phone, email, and WhatsApp
• Provide clients with proactive shipment updates, delay notifications, and proof of delivery (POD)
• Investigate and resolve operational inquiries and service issues by coordinating with internal teams to deliver timely solutions
• Accurately process customer orders, shipping instructions, and documentation using the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Prepare pick lists, delivery notes, and shipping documents to support warehouse operations
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to manage inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring timely picking, packing, and dispatch of goods
• Assist with inventory control by conducting stock takes, cycle counts, and reconciling inventory discrepancies
• Plan, schedule, and dispatch vehicles (prime movers, lorries, vans) to optimize routes for timely collection and delivery across Singapore
• Monitor vehicle locations in real-time using GPS/telematics systems to identify and resolve delays caused by traffic or breakdowns
• Communicate job orders clearly to drivers and provide support for on-road issues
• Ensure fleet operations comply with Singapore's LTA regulations and workplace safety standards
• Create and close job orders in the Transport Management System (TMS), recording critical data for billing processes
• Verify shipping costs, waiting time, and demurrage/detention charges to ensure accurate client invoicing
• Maintain organized digital and physical records of delivery orders, PODs, and billing documents for audit purposes
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Required competencies and certifications

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data reconciliation
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transport Management Systems (TMS) is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong knowledge of Singapore's road network and port/industrial zones is advantageous but not mandatory

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Class 3 or 3A driving licence is preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation, or supply chain coordination in a fast-paced environment is preferred
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply
• Excellent command of English and Mandarin to communicate clearly with drivers and clients
• Strong attention to detail in data entry, documentation, and billing
• Ability to multitask, make decisive judgments, and remain calm under pressure
• Good organizational and communication skills

• Salary: SGD 1,800 – 2,500 per month (depending on experience)
