DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare ingredients as required
- Daily delivery stock taking
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen work area and kitchen equipment i.e. kitchen floor/ chiller/ freezer
- Adhere to all SOPs for the preparation of food
- Clearing and cleaning of tables
- Ensure dining area is organized and ready for customers to dine in
- Any other duties assigned by superior
MAIN QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILL AND ABILITY
- Basic kitchen experience
- Must be able to work under pressure.
- Able to communicate in basic English
- Able to work during weekends and public holidays
