Service Crew

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The F&B Crew is responsible for delivering friendly, efficient, and high‑quality service to customers. The role requires a customer‑oriented mindset, team work, good personal grooming, and the ability to work on rotational shifts in a fast‑paced environment. 6 days per week and 8 hours per day. our restaurant don't serve pork and beef. we also don't serve alcohol.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Service

• Greet customers warmly and attend to their needs in a polite and professional manner
• Take orders accurately and provide product knowledge when required
• Serve food and beverages according to service standards
• Handle customer feedback or complaints calmly and escalate when necessary
• Ensure a positive dining experience for all customers

Operations & Service Support

• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and service stations
• Support kitchen or bar team when required
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards at all times
• Comply with company SOPs and service guidelines

Teamwork

• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations
• Be flexible to assist indifferent service areas when required
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and colleagues

Experience

• Previous F&B or service experience is an advantage
• Entry level candidates are welcome; training will be provided
• Possess a valid Food Hygiene Certificate (or willing to obtain one)
