TILING WORK SUPERVISOR

We are an established construction subcontractor specializing in HDB BTO projects, Home Improvement Programme (HIP), tiling works, plumbing & sanitary works, and minor sewer works.

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Tiling Supervisor to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily tiling works on site
• Ensure workmanship and work progress meet project requirements and deadlines
• Manage and coordinate tilers, workers, and subcontractors
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical/site issues
• Liaise with main contractors, site personnel, and project teams
• Ensure workplace safety compliance and proper housekeeping
• Monitor material usage and site productivity

Requirements

• Experience in construction site supervision, preferably in HDB projects
• Knowledge in wall and floor tiling works
• Able to read drawings and coordinate site works
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently
• Singapore Class 3 driving licence is an advantage
