Marketing Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to drive marketing activities for our semiconductor distribution business. The role will work closely with Sales, Product Management, FAEs, and semiconductor principals to generate demand, support product growth, and strengthen customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with business and sales objectives.

· Manage product launches, demand-generation campaigns, digital marketing, seminars, webinars, and trade shows.

· Work with semiconductor principals on joint marketing programs, MDF/co-op funds, and GTM activities.

· Support Sales and FAE teams with lead generation and sales enablement.

· Monitor market trends, competitors, customer needs, and new business opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

· Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.

· 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in semiconductor, electronics, or technology distribution.

· Strong understanding of semiconductor products, channel marketing, and B2B demand generation.

· Experience working with principals, distributors, OEMs/ODMs, or design houses is an advantage.

· Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with Sales and technical teams.
