Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing corporate accounts, identifying new business opportunities and achieving sales objectives. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service and enhance the overall client experience.

Job Description

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective corporate clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales to achieve revenue targets.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and manage corporate accounts.
• Conduct sales calls, client meetings and hotel site inspections.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of services for clients.
• Support the planning and coordination of corporate meetings and events.
• Monitor market trends and maintain accurate sales records and forecasts.

Job Requirments

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in hotel sales, hospitality sales or corporate account management.
• Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, experience with CRM systems will be an advantage.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive team player with a customer-focused mindset.
