Clinic Executive / Assistant (Camden/Novena)

1. Frontline Patient Registration

● Handle patient check-in and registration at clinic front desk

● Verify patient details and screening appointments

● Guide patients through the screening process

2. Patient Flow Support

● Direct patients to correct screening stations

● Support queue management and waiting time control

● Assist in ensuring smooth movement of patients

3. Administrative Support

● Perform accurate data entry into clinic systems Electronic Medical Record (EMRs)

● Assist in preparation and printing of screening forms and documents

● Maintain proper filing and documentation records

4. Patient Service Support

● Answer basic patient enquiries regarding screening procedures

● Provide clear instructions and guidance to patients

● Ensure professional and friendly patient experience

5. Clinic Operations Coordination Support

● Support coordination between nurses, doctors, and clinic operations staff

● Assist Assistant Clinic Manager or Senior Clinic Executive in daily tasks

● Escalate issues when required

6. Equipment & Station Support

● Prepare registration stations and basic clinic setup

● Ensure availability of basic consumables for frontline clinic operations

● Maintain cleanliness and order at workstation

7. Compliance and Data Protection

● Ensure patient data is handled in accordance with PDPA

● Follow clinic SOPs and operational guidelines

● Maintain confidentiality of patient information

8. Health Screening Report Management (as needed)

● Extracting patient screening data from the system

● Compiling and formatting health screening results

● Generating daily, weekly, or monthly reports

● Checking data accuracy and completeness
