Responsibilities
- Deliver food promptly and accurately to guests while maintaining service standards
- Learn the menu thoroughly and confidently explain dishes to guests when required
- Support the front-of-house team to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Assist with table clearing, restaurant cleanliness, and service preparation
- Respond professionally to guest enquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Follow operational, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in restaurants or customer service is preferred
- Positive attitude with strong communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to learn and work as part of a team
