Recreation Executive

We are looking for a Recreation Executive to join our team!

As a Recreation Executive, you will support the Recreation Department by delivering high-quality services, maintaining facilities to legal standards, and leading fitness and recreational programs for guests.

As the Recreation Executive, we rely on you to:

• Assist in delivering Recreation Department services efficiently and economically to meet operational goals
• Maintain recreation facilities and associated areas at the highest standards during all operating hours
• Ensure all facilities comply with current legislation and statutory maintenance requirements at all times
• Conduct fitness classes, including Pool Fitness, and design curated recreational programs for indoor and outdoor settings
• Develop and manage recreational activities tailored for children in both indoor and outdoor environments
• Engage guests actively to enhance their recreational experience and satisfaction

We are looking for someone who:

• Experience working in recreational, hotel, or resort environments
• Ability to design and implement recreational activities for diverse settings
• Enthusiastic and customer-oriented approach to guest interaction
