Sales Engineer

Job Summary

Join our dynamic Sales & Marketing team to drive business growth and strengthen customer relationships within the manufacturing industry. You will be responsible for developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, managing sales activities, and supporting marketing initiatives to achieve revenue targets and expand the company’s market presence.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales order and revenue targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, business partners, and key stakeholders.
• Generate new sales leads, manage distribution channels, and conduct customer visits, presentations, and negotiations.
• Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, RFQs, and RFIs tosecure business opportunities.
• Coordinate pre-sales and post-sales activities while working closely with internal teams to support customer requirements.
• Support marketing initiatives, including exhibitions, e-commerce activities, customer events, and promotional materials.
• Lead or participate in business development and marketing projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant sales and marketing experience, preferably in the chemical, semiconductor, or manufacturing industry.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence.
• Willing to travel within Southeast Asia and attend industry-related seminars, conferences, and exhibitions.
