QMS Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a QMS Engineer to maintain and improve the Company’s Quality Management System in line with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and ISO 14001 requirements. The role willsupport document control, internal and external audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement activities while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and ISO 14001.
• Manage document control, ensuring QMS documents are properly reviewed, updated, approved, and maintained.
• Plan and conduct internal audits and support customer, supplier, certification, and regulatory audits.
• Follow up on audit findings and support effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Promote quality awareness and compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable requirements.
• Support continuous improvement, E-Kaizen, supplier quality, and product qualification activities.
• Support environmental, occupational health & safety, emergency response, and information security requirements.
• Monitor changes in relevant standards, regulations, and customer requirements and advise relevant departments accordingly.
• Report significant quality, environmental, safety, or information security issues to management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering, quality assurance, or QMS.
• Experience in manufacturing or electroplating is an advantage.
• Experience in supplier management and product qualification is preferred.
• Internal/Lead Auditor experience in IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO14001, or ISO 13485 is preferred.
• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, and SPC is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Independent, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
