Quantity Surveyor - M&E @Central

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and tender documents.
• Provide advice on cost-related matters to project teams & ensure within budget.
• Work cross function to identify cost-saving opportunities & recommend solutions.
• Cost assessments and prepare reports on project performance, variations & potential risks.
• Review and negotiate subcontractor/supplier contracts on favorable terms.
• Monitor cost expenditure against budget, identify any deviations and implementing corrective measures
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quantity surveying.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge in Tenders, scope of work, pricing schedule and Non-material requirements.
