- Engineering Specialist (Heat Treatment) /$2,500 - $3,500 + Shift Allowance @Joo Koon
- Morning (7am - 3pm); Afternoon (3pm - 11pm ($8.50/day);
Follow heat treat scheduling to ensure proper sequence for product through heat-treating cycles.
Load and unload furnaces and deal safely with any waste products.
Set temperature for particular treatment, and onitor the treatment cycle.
Responsible for heat-treat process and furnace accuracy to ensure uniformity.
Test samples for hardness and ensure that they meet the customer’s specifications.
Repetitively lift and move parts on and off pallets.
Involved in machine and equipment shifting as and when required.
