Customer Service Officer x2 [Public Sector]

• Salary: $2,760 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess driving licences, passports, identification documents, photographs, and employment records based on established procedures and guidelines.
• Provide professional face-to-face customer service and guide applicants through the driving licence conversion process.
• Review and process applications, including accepting or rejecting applications and explaining rejection reasons to applicants.
• Conduct background checks and perform accurate data entry into internal systems.
• Collect fees for driving licence services and traffic-related transactions via NETS and online payment systems.
• Support driving licence administration, including licence issuance, appeals, suspensions, medical reports, and responding to simple email enquiries using standardised templates.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma in any field
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or administrative experience.
• Prior customer service experience in the public sector would be an advantage.
