* Working days: Any 2 full days a week between Tuesday - Thursday

* Working hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm (1 hour lunch break)

* Salary: $12/hr

* Location: Novena Hospital

Job Scope:

* Assist in the preparation and coordination of administrative tasks for the pre- and post-residency training programme, including scheduling, documentation, and logistics.

* Support nursing services by managing programme-related materials, such as participant registrations, feedback collection, and follow-up communications.

* Handle data entry and basic reporting using Microsoft Excel to track programme progress and participant details.

* Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure all administrative needs are met efficiently during the residency programme.

* Assist in all other ad hoc duties
