Precision/ Spring Machine Operator

Our esteemed client in the Manufacturing industry is seeking a Precision/ Spring Machine Operator to join their dynamic team:

• Employment Type: Permanent
• Position: Precision/ Spring Machine Operator
• Location: West (Transport Provided)
• Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 12-hour rotating shift
• Salary Package: Basic + Allowances + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Set up tooling and operate machines according to production schedules and requirements.
• Program and run machines to meet production quantities and specifications.
• Troubleshoot common tooling issues, including arbor and cutter burrs.
• Coordinate with QA for setup qualification and work-in-progress checks.
• Perform daily machine inspections and maintain accurate production records.
• Handle material coils, including changing, scanning, recording and returning materials after production.
• Monitor machine utilisation, production output and rejects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• At least GCE “N” Level with minimum 1 year of experience operating Precision Spring machines is preferred.
• Experience with spring manufacturing processes and machine operations.
• Able to read and interpret basic technical drawings and production records.
