Operations Supervisor Mid-Career Pathways Programme (MCPP) | Full-Time Attachment
• Plan daily work activities and allocate workers according to priorities, skills and deadlines.
• Brief workers on tasks, work sequence, quality expectations and safe working requirements.
• Supervise construction, renovation, installation, defects rectification and maintenance work across current and future projects.
• Monitor attendance, productivity, progress and workmanship; identify delays or problems early and follow through on corrective action.
• Coordinate tools, materials, deliveries, storage, waste removal, housekeeping and other site logistics.
• Support compliance with approved risk assessments, method statements and workplace-safety procedures, and escalate unsafe conditions promptly.
• Coordinate with Tiny Pod management, contractors, suppliers and consultants as directed.
• Maintain concise daily records, including progress photographs, manpower deployment, material usage, completed work and outstanding issues.
• Support hotel facilities, repair and maintenance operations after project completion when required.
• Singapore Citizen aged 40 or above who can commit to a full-timesix-month attachment.
• Prior supervisory or team-lead experience is preferred. Relevantbackgrounds include construction, renovation, facilities, engineering,logistics and hospitality maintenance; no degree is required.
• Practical, organised and comfortable giving clear instructions toworkers while maintaining a firm but fair approach.
• Able to understand basic work plans or instructions and use asmartphone or simple digital tools for photographs and reporting.
• Safety-minded and able to move around active work sites and work outdoors when required. Relevant WSH or construction-safety training is an advantage; company-required training will be arranged where applicable.
