M&E Manager (Project cum Site)

Job Summary

We are seeking a high-caliber M&E Manager (Project cum Site) to oversee end-to-end mechanical and electrical operations for complex construction projects. In this dual-focus role, you will lead M&E strategy, streamline multidisciplinary site execution, and align technical delivery with client specifications and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and manage the full lifecycle of M&E packages from initial planning and site installation through to testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Lead coordination across project owners, consultants, specialist subcontractors, and internal site management to resolve technical conflicts and ensure seamless site execution.
• Evaluate shop drawings, M&E schematics, material submittals, and specifications to verify full alignment with structural/architectural interfaces and contractual standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
• 8 to 10 years of solid M&E experience in the construction industry (prior experience with an A1 main contractor is highly preferred).
• Proven track record delivering M&E packages for large-scale facilities such as industrial plants, commercial complexes, data centers, or pharmaceutical facilities.
• Comprehensive technical command of MEP/building services design, installation methodologies, and local authority codes.
• Strong project management, leadership, and multi-stakeholder negotiation abilities.
