Hiring for logistics operations controller
Workings hours: Monday to Friday 7am to 8pm, alternate Saturday 7am to 3pm
Salary: $3000 to $5000
Location: Tuas west region
Job scope:
Plan and coordinate daily transport and lifting operations.
Assign drivers, vehicles and equipment according to job requirements.
Monitor job progress and ensure deliveries/jobs are completed on schedule.
Coordinate with customers on job timing, site requirements and changes.
Handle operational issues, delays, breakdowns and urgent job arrangements.
Monitor driver attendance, deployment, overtime and work performance.
Ensure vehicles, drivers and operations comply with safety and regulatory requirements.
Maintain daily operational records and report job status, incidents and major issues to Management.
Job requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience in logistics field
Understanding of job assignment portal
Experience with Singapore roads
