Hiring for Accounts Executive / Manager
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
Location: Tuas Crescent (Company transport provided from west side locations)
Salary: $3000-$5000
Job requirements:
Minimum 10 years' experience in Singapore accounting
Able to handle quarterly GST filing and external auditors
Worked in manufacturing field before and understands inventory
Job scope:
Handle full set of accounts in ACCPAC
Manage AR, AP, invoicing, collections and payments.
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain GL.
Handle month-end closing, accruals and prepayments.
Prepare and reconcile Balance Sheet schedules.
Handle inventory costing, COGS and fixed assets.
Prepare Sales Report, P&L, Balance Sheet and Management Accounts.
Handle payroll accounting, CPF and GST.
Handle year-end closing, tax, audit and statutory reporting.
Maintain complete accounting records and supporting documents.
Ensure all accounts work is accurate and completed according to deadlines.
