Key Accounts Manager (Security Solutions)

Job info:

• Basic up to $3600 + Transport claims
• Entitled AWS + VB
• Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Working location in West Region, Jurong East

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, main contractors, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits, sales meetings, and provide technical consultation to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and prepare quotations and solution proposals.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to strengthen relationships with new and existing clients.
• Provide technical and engineering support throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate pre-sales activities and deliver after-sales support through regular follow-ups.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth and revenue generation.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Building Automation, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Engineering Sales, Building Automation, Fire Protection, Security Systems, or a related industry.
• Strong sales, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Positive attitude with good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
