Job Summary

Global Streets Pte. Ltd. is a growing Singapore-based trading and distribution company specialising in sourcing and introducing innovative products from India and international markets to Singapore. Our expanding product portfolio includes Bamboo Salt, Moringa Herbal Salt, specialty food products, home appliances and other consumer products. We are looking for an energetic and target-driven B2B Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to develop our Singapore market and build long-term relationships with business customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, approaching potential customers, introducing our products and growing B2B sales accounts.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B customers and sales accounts across Singapore to expand market presence
• Research and target potential retailers, wholesalers, distributors, supermarkets, minimarts, specialty stores, restaurants, hotels, and other business customers
• Conduct cold calls, send emails, perform business visits, and deliver product presentations to generate sales leads
• Introduce and promote the company’s range of imported food, specialty products, and home appliances to prospective clients
• Convert sales enquiries into successful business accounts by negotiating commercial terms and preparing quotations
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and business partners to support repeat business
• Follow up on quotations, enquiries, and sales opportunities to maximize conversion rates
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive sales activities and pipeline management
• Explore and develop new sales channels and distribution opportunities to increase market reach
• Conduct market research and provide management with feedback on customer needs, competitor products, and market trends
• Collaborate with management on pricing strategies, promotions, product launches, and sales plans to drive revenue growth
• Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales activities, and follow-ups for reporting and analysis
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management on sales performance and market insights

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales, B2B sales, business development, or marketing preferred
• Experience in FMCG, food products, consumer products, home appliances, wholesale, distribution, or trading is advantageous
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse business customers
• Confidence in approaching new customers and developing business relationships independently
• Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative
• Comfortable with cold calling and meeting potential customers to generate new business
• Good understanding of the Singapore business market and customer landscape
• Proficient computer and communication skills to support sales activities and reporting
• Candidates with strong sales experience but without the required academic qualifications may also be considered
