Digital Marketing Executive

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible in planning, executing and managing online marketing campaigns to build brand awareness, drive website traffic and generate leads.

What you will be doing:

• Coordinate and implement a wide range of holistic communications
• Social media strategy – create, manage and grow the company’s brand presence through strategically relevant online platforms
• Content creation - Write, edit and publish content that motivates, inspires, educates, informs, sells, and simply, provides information, across a wide variety of digital platforms
• Brand and community management — interacting with consumers on social channels to ensure questions, comments and related opportunities are picked up with speed and judgement: not limited to feed posts, DMs; encouraging UGC and customer service recovery and queries
• Drive brand love through influencer strategy
• Create blog posts, EDMs, promotional materials and internal memos
• Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
• Prepare clear monthly and quarterly performance reports for key stakeholders
  

• Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent

  • Proficient in photo and video editing skills

  • Familiar with creating, executing and evaluating online marketing campaigns

  • Independent with good communication skills

  • Strong interest in the beauty industry is a plus

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm
