Your Role:

As a Financial Services Consultant, you will first master the art of professional claims management — ensuring clients are supported in their most critical moments. Beyond claims, you will help clients identify gaps in their protection and financial planning, offering them tailored solutions to safeguard their future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients through their claims journey with care, accuracy, and professionalism
• Identify financial protection gaps and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with individual and corporate clients
• Participate in business development activities, client education, and service campaigns
• Continuously upgrade knowledge in insurance products, claims handling, and financial planning

Who We're Looking For:

• Singaporean or Permanent Resident (PR)
• Diploma or Degree holders (any discipline welcome — training provided)
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin — to effectively serve a wide range of clients
• Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a positive, growth-focused mindset
• Passionate about making a difference in people's lives through sound financial advice
