Responsibilities

• Handle and process motor insurance claims promptly, professionally, and fairly within the required turnaround time, subject to the stipulated authority limits and company procedures;

• Ensure claim reserves are reviewed and updated promptly to reflect realistic values;

• Identify and effectively address any claims that may involve potential fraudulent activity;

• Handle telephone and email enquiries while assisting walk-in customers and claimants;

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, service providers, and intermediaries;

• Mentor administration assistants in their support role;

• Review and streamline work processes to improve operational efficiency;

• Ensure all recovery claims are pursued and followed-up periodically to ensure resolution;

• Conduct regular reviews of active claim files;

• Any other duty or assignment as and when instructed by the superior.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification of Diploma or CGI/equivalent insurance certification.
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in insurance claims are also encouraged to apply.
• Attractive remuneration package will be offered based on experience and suitability.
• Possess good interpersonal and communications skills.
• Able to multi-task, is a team player and willing to learn new skills.
• Conscientious, tactful and customer-focused.
• Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
