Join us as an Cargo Coordinator in Changi Airport's cargo operations team where you’ll handle hands-onwork, supervise cargo handling activities, and coordinate shipment movement with airlines and logistics partners to ensure safe and timely flight operations.

Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum Diploma education

• Relevant experience in warehouse / logistics / cargo operations

• Preferably with supervisory or team-leading experience

• Comfortable with physical, hands-on work (lifting and movement of cargo required)

• Able to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays

• Willing to learn forklift operations (driving licence is a plus)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle hands-on cargo operations including loading/unloading shipments (manual or forklift-assisted)

• Supervise cargo handlers and ensure daily operational tasks are completed efficiently

• Perform basic data entry, tracking, and cargo status updates in the system

• Ensure cargo is correctly labelled, packed, and ready for flight dispatch

• Coordinate with airlines, agents, and internal teams on cargo arrival, release, and flight schedules

• Identify and resolve issues such as missing cargo, delays, or discrepancies

• Ensure all safety procedures and SOPs are strictly followed at all times

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: From $2,600+

• Monthly Allowances: Up to $500

• Joining Bonus: $5,000

• AWS (13th Month Bonus) ; Performance Bonus: Up to 3 months
