F&B Operations Supervisor

1. Oversee the overall daily operation of the coffee shop, strictly comply with SFA food safety, NEA hygiene regulations and workplace safety requirements.

2. Manage stall tenants within the coffee shop, coordinate daily stall operations, resolve tenant disputes and customer complaints in a timely manner.

3. Arrange staff duty rosters, supervise frontline service staff, conduct daily team briefings and on-job training.

4. Monitor raw material inventory, control food cost and operational expenses, review daily sales reports and cash reconciliation.

5. Maintain store facilities, coordinate maintenance of kitchen equipment, lighting, exhaust systems and premise upkeep.

6. Liaise with suppliers, process purchase orders and reconcile monthly supply payments.

7. Implement customer service standards, optimize dine-in experience and maintain the shop’s brand reputation.

8. Handle emergency incidents, ensure premise security and smooth daily running of the coffee shop.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Food & Beverage Management, Business Administration or equivalent related discipline.

2. Minimum 3 years of proven coffee shop operational management experience, with tenant management experience preferred.

3. Familiar with Singapore local food safety regulations, coffee shop operation workflows and F&B cost control.

4. Strong organisational, problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills.

5. Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays, adapting to coffee shop operating hours.

6. Proficient in basic POS system operation and Microsoft Office for daily administrative reporting.

7. Capable of leading a small team and working independently in a fast-paced F&B environment.

Working Hours

5.5 days per week, rotating shifts covering evening and weekend duties, aligned with the coffee shop’s business hours.
