SENIOR FINANCE EXECUTIVE

SENIOR FINANCE EXECUTIVE – 3 MONTHS CONTRACT

Salary:

- $3,500 – $4,000/month

Contract Duration: 3 months

Working Hours: 5 days per week

Location: Singapore

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle and maintain the full set of accounts, including AP, AR and GL.
• Perform daily bookkeeping and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Prepare account reconciliation reports and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Prepare financial reports and schedules as required.
• Liaise with internal departments and external parties on finance-related matters.
• Perform other accounting and finance duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4–5 years of relevant accounting/finance experience.
• Strong experience in full-set accounting and bookkeeping.
• Hands-on experience in account reconciliation and GL functions.
• Able to work independently and manage deadlines.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
• Experience working in an MNC environment will be an advantage.
• Candidates who are able to commence on short notice are preferred.
