Front Desk Executive / Receptionist

Overall

• Salary: $2,200 - $3,000
• Location: 52 Craig Rd (near Tanjong Pagar / Maxwell / Outram MRT)
• Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 9am-1pm (5.5-day week)

You will manage the patient journey, support daily clinic operations and help maintain the calm, polished environment Dentalis is known for. Some days, that means reassuring a nervous patient or reorganising a busy appointment schedule. At other times, it may mean helping a dental assistant prepare a room, checking that the pantry and toilets are presentable, coordinating a laboratory case or helping the marketing team prepare for a photoshoot or clinic event.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome patients, manage registration and payment
• Respond to calls, WhatsApp messages, emails and walk-in enquiries
• Schedule, confirm and manage appointments
• Communicate treatment estimates, payment information and appointment instructions clearly
• Process billing, payments, CHAS, MediSave and insurance claims
• Dispense prescribed medication accurately according to clinic procedures
• Follow up with patients after treatment and assist with recalls, reminders and review requests
• Work closely with dentists, dental assistants and the team to keep the clinic running smoothly, including non-clinical duties, room turnover and patient support when required
• Help prepare treatment rooms, patient areas and materials

About you

• Warm, polished and attentive
• Notice what needs to be done and take initiative
• Stay composed when the clinic becomes busy
• Good spoken and written English. Chinese language proficiency required as the role involves assisting patients who communicate primarily in Mandarin.
• Organised, accurate and comfortable handling several tasks at once
• Work well in a small team and do not believe any reasonable task is "not my job"
• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Minimum N/O Levels or ITE certification
• Basic computer and administrative skills
