Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic inspections, repairs, servicing, and maintenance of equipment to ensure reliable and safe operation
• Collaborate with clients and superintendents to deliver efficient, high-quality service outcomes
• Generate detailed reports and present findings to relevant personnel for informed decision-making
• Provide remote troubleshooting support via email to promptly resolve customer issues and maintain high satisfaction levels

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical), Marine Engineering, or equivalent educational background
• Ability to work independently and manage pressure to deliver quality results within tight schedules
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required
• Willingness to travel overseas for assignments
• Strong teamwork skills
