📍 Location: Jurong East
🕘 Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00AM – 6:30PM
📅 OT: Must be available to support OT on alternate Saturdays
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries via phone and email
- Prepare shipping, import/export documents and invoices
- Monitor shipments and ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations
- Liaise with customers and internal departments to fulfil orders
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Ensure operations meet company standards and KPIs
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor
