Job Description
- Ticketing for Corporate Clients
- Making reservations/fare quotations/hotel booking
- Visa application, purchasing travel insurance
- Group Booking for Corporate Clients via airline system
- Refund process
- Answering telephone call
- Duty for emergency service
- Assisting for all Corporate operations
- Any other duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- GCE ‘N’ levels / ‘O’ levels
- PC knowledge
- Good ticketing knowledge
- Sabre knowledge
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience
