Job Summary

Create engaging short videos and social media content while collaborating on campaigns and capturing behind-the-scenes moments to build real-world content marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Film and edit engaging short videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels using CapCut or native editing tools to capture audience attention
• Brainstorm and develop creative concepts for social media campaigns to increase engagement
• Write concise captions and light scripts that complement video content and enhance messaging
• Capture behind-the-scenes footage during shoots to showcase team culture and campaign processes
• Participate actively in content shoots to learn campaign production and contribute to creative execution
• Stay updated on TikTok and Instagram trends and sounds to ensure content relevance and appeal
• Collaborate effectively with team members to complete tasks and meet campaign goals

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Comfortable using CapCut or native Instagram editing tools
• Familiarity with current TikTok and Instagram trends and sounds
• Confident on camera, with willingness to appear in videos (optional)
