- Negotiate effectively with contractors and suppliers.

- Coordinate with all project team members to ensure workflows stay on schedule.

- Perform any additional duties as assigned.

*Requirements:**

- Must hold a valid driving license.

- Willingness to be assigned on -site at night

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

- Experience with AutoCAD drawing.

- Basic presentation skills.

- Knowledge of material purchases.
