Junior Software Engineer - AI/ML

We are seeking passionate and highly motivated Fresh Graduates to join our AI & Machine Learning Engineering team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI solutions that help transform how financial institutions interact with data, knowledge, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning models for real-world business problems.
• Build and enhance Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions, including Semantic Search and intelligent knowledge retrieval systems.
• Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications using enterprise knowledge sources.
• Contribute to the development of Foundation Models and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions utilizing proprietary business data.
• Build and enhance Agentic AI solutions leveraging modern AI orchestration frameworks.
• Support the implementation of scalable MLOps pipelines for automated deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management of AI models.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-driven products and services.
• Participate in AI model evaluation, performance optimization, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to AI governance, responsible AI practices, and model reliability initiatives.

Skills Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering / Information Technology or related field.
• Strong academic background with a passion for AI, Machine Learning, and emerging technologies.
