F&B Service Crew

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service

• Order Management

• Inventory Management

• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene

• Provide support to Kitchen

• Handle billing and payments

• Event and Reservation Assistance

• Team Collaboration

• Compliance and Safety

• Miscellaneous Tasks including other duties as assigned by F&B Executive Chef, Senior Sous Chef, Supervisors or Managers

Requirements:

• GEO 'O' Level, Diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation with certificate on Food Safety and Hygiene is a plus.

• Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems is beneficial.
