Social Media Marketing Executive (mature individuals)

We are a Singapore footwear brand creating thoughtfully designed shoes for modern women.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys social media, understands digital marketing and, most importantly, knows how to turn ideas into content that people actually want to see.

We welcome stay-at-home mums, mature individuals returning to the workforce, or someone looking for a slower-paced role where they can build on their existing skills and learn something new.

You don’t have to be chasing the next big corporate title. If you’re looking for meaningful work, flexibility and the chance to actually practise what you’ve learnt in digital marketing, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing

• Plan and create social media content for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
• Come up with content ideas around our shoes, customers, lifestyle and brand stories
• Write captions that feel natural, engaging and true to the brand
• Create and edit simple Reels and short-form videos
• Research social media trends and find ways to make them relevant to our brand
• Schedule and manage regular social media posts
• Monitor engagement, reach and content performance
• Support basic Meta advertising and digital marketing activities
• Suggest new ideas to grow our online presence and engagement
• Keep an eye on what competitors and other lifestyle brands are doing

Who we’re looking for

You may be a good fit if you:

• Have studied digital marketing, social media marketing or a related field
• Have some experience managing social media, whether professionally, freelance or for your own business
• Enjoy writing, photography, video and coming up with content ideas
• Are comfortable with Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
• Have basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut or similar tools
• Understand the basics of Meta Ads and social media analytics
• Are independent and can manage your own time
• Have a good eye for aesthetics and understand what makes content appealing
• Are curious and willing to learn — you don’t need to know everything
