Childcare Supervisor (near Tampines MRT)

POSITION:

• Supervisor Role or Assistant Supervisor Role
• Located in Tampines (walking distance from MRT)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Mentor a team of teachers, highlight their strengths and provide regular feedbacks for professional development.
• Collaborate and work closely with parents and teachers to address children's learning needs.
• Respond to parents' enquiries and feedbacks
• Well acquaint with ECDA CMS through children enrollement and subsidy applications
• Aligned Centre's standards and quality with SPARKS requirement
• Licensing
• To lead a team and report to the centre director/manager
• To suport managment team
• To be independent and to work closely with the management
• To be active in enrollment of children
• Conduct frequent meetings with teachers
• Passionate, Responsible and Bubbly

Leadership Certificate in early childhood _ Compulsory (ADECL)
